President, Pride Mark Homes Gets MBA

Getting his Simon Executive MBA created big changes for Jim Barbato, both in himself, and in his family’s business. “Some people wondered why I was getting an MBA,” says Jim. “But this wasn’t about getting a piece of paper. It was about improving myself.”

Jim had grown up working along side his father at Pride Mark Homes starting when he was twelve years old.  Pride Mark Homes specializes in homebuilding and commercial projects in the Rochester NY area. Jim steered the company into new markets, he felt driven to know more.
