Dear Jim,

We would like to take a moment to thank you for interceding on our behalf to resolve our recent countertop issue. We know it is only through your personal involvement that a new counter for our cooktop has been ordered and will be installed. You have remained true to your promise to us to build a high quality home and this event certainly illustrates your willingness to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction as well. We couldn’t be happier with your plan of correction. It solidifies the reason we came to Pride Mark in the first place. We have toured Pride Mark homes, at all your various communities for over 25 years and always knew you would be our builder when it was our turn to build. Now we can see for ourselves why a Pride Mark home is held in such high regard. In a world where ‘good enough’ is too often the norm it is so refreshing to find a business which has a President that demands nothing less than perfection from themselves and their contractors.
