Customer Review for Arbor Ridge Townhomes

Good Morning Mr. Barbato,

As you are aware, we closed on moms house yesterday at Arbor Ridge.  Having gotten to this point, I would like to extend my compliments on what turned out to be a quality experience, both in product and process.  If at some point you add voice of the customer to your process, please let mom and I know – you might find commentary from 2 different generations interesting and perhaps useful.

My highest compliments go to Melanie and Larry for working with me, as I worked with them on moms behalf.  I was also moved by their genuine concern for my mothers well being, as she worked through unplanned cancer treatment.
